On Sunday, I attended a Birthday Cake and Truffles Class at Momofuku Milk Bar! The class was held at the Milk HQ in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We learned how Milk constructs their infamous Birthday Cake layer by layer and their little tricks of the trade. After making our very own Milk Bar Birthday Cakes, we got into groups and had a Truffle party! We had a tutorial on how to make Birthday Cake Truffles and then we rolled our very own! At the end of the class, we each brought home a six inch Birthday Cake and six Truffles. I highly recommend taking a Milk Bar class if you are a fan of Christina Tosi, or just sweets in general.
